Eligibility Window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or first renewal. We may decline requests that are abusive or duplicate.

Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Requests After 14 Days

Requests submitted after 14 days may still be reviewed case-by-case for exceptional technical or billing issues.
